Landream is a Melbourne-based property developer, focusing on residential construction in aspiring urban locations.

We developed a bold identity to reference the uncompromising values of Landream – trust, professionalism and confidence. The geometric form of the logo is extended in the distinctive website design. Clean and functional, the site showcases the dynamic vision of Landream – from the expansive scope of property locations to the tiniest architectural details. In addition we created an in‑depth style guide showing the correct use of the identity.
