'Crooks Like Us' is an equally beautiful and chilling collection of 1920s Sydney police photography collected by Peter Doyle. With much of the context of the imagery lost, the photographs live on as an ominous snapshots of Australian history.

If there's one person who has taken lego sculpture to another level, it's American artist Nathan Sawaya. Using only coloured lego blocks as his medium, Nathan creatives life-size masterpieces including a model of Alfred Hitchcock and a huge tyrannosaurus rex.

We Miss You Magic Land is the current exhibition at the Gallery of Modern Art's Children Art Centre as part of the spaces fifth anniversary celebrations. The installation is a world full of fluro, vibrant colours, with sweet and intriguing textures and surfaces. The exhibition is for people of all agers and will bring out the inner-child in everyone.

The Mad Square takes you through the various art movements which were influential during the early 20th century in Germany. There are beautiful pieces on display from movements such as Dada and Constructivism and also a great insight into the people and the art and design which made up the first design school the Bauhaus.

The current main exhibition at the GoMA in Brisbane is "Matisse: Drawing Life." It's a great insight into the artist who was a brilliant creative in his field of expertise. The exhibtion displays a series of his works from through out his lifetime.
