Known Stranger is anything but expected. Known for doing things differently, the brand’s latest release, Fruit Tea Brew, reimagines iced tea as a botanical experience worth savouring. Made with hand-sourced ingredients, real tea, and fruit juices—brewed slowly and blended in Germany before landing on Australian shelves—the drink sets a new standard in the category.

We partnered with Known Stranger to create a packaging system that captured this layered, sensory offering. Our approach was rooted in storytelling and craft: a bespoke bottle design with subtle curves and a tactile silhouette, built to stand apart from the usual suspects in the drinks aisle.

Visually, the identity takes cues from nature, drawing on the florals, fruits, and textures of the tea itself. Each of the seven flavours features a unique photographic composition, highlighting the ingredients in a fresh and elevated way. These organic images are paired with soft tonal palettes and clean typography, allowing the product to speak for itself with clarity and confidence.

Rather than leaning into health tropes or nostalgia, the design invites curiosity. It feels refined, but not exclusive. Vibrant, but never loud. It’s an invitation to slow down, sip, and rediscover something familiar in an entirely new way.

The result is a packaging range that not only looks beautiful on shelf, but also captures the thoughtful process behind every bottle.
