Entourage is an established group of mortgage brokers, finance specialists and property advisors lending their expertise and understanding of the Australian property market to home buyers and property investors.
‘An entourage behind you makes it easier to buy and sell property,’ a tagline that epitomises a business that isn’t afraid to be transparent and put their clientele before their ego. This approach has attracted first-home buyers and next-home buyers since inception and afforded Entourage a positive and trust-worthy brand reputation, reflected throughout their repertoire of services and 240 plus 5-star google reviews.
After 6 years in business, Entourage realised an opportunity to shift the way they communicate visually and attract additional audience groups – a vehicle to perpetuate growth and unlock new revenue streams in the rapidly changing property market. During our preliminary research phase, we became conscious of the existing brand equity surrounding Entourage. Our design purpose was not to disrupt this but rather elevate it in a way that captivates top-tier homeowners and investors.
When conceptualising the brand refresh, themes of sophistication and refinement naturally arose, which translated visually to richer tones of green, sharper lines and dynamic pattern work. We thought about execution and how embossment could bring depth to the brand or how we could manipulate letters to tell a story. The focal point became the composition of the brand name. ‘U’ in ‘ENTOURAGE’ remains still as neighboring letters move around it, depicting a supportive team network that works in harmony to meet client needs (U = as in ‘you’).
The refreshed Entourage brand is loyal and familiar for the first home buyer, yet brave and forthcoming to top-tier homeowners and investors – a strategic direction that will keep Entourage relevant for years to come.
