With an established brand identity, we partnered with Rigby Cooke Lawyers to bring their digital presence up to speed with their brand perception as market leaders. With an impressive array of industry expertise, Rigby Cooke works with clients in both the public and private sector.
With strong brand equity in their powerful typographic logo mark, we focused on creating a digital experience that reinforced their key messages and reflected their key ethos “Our People: Your Success.” This fed into our design of the home page that features their ‘people’ and ‘expertise’ as the defining features of the firm and the first exposure for the customer with their digital experience. With gentle motion styling and visually impactful angled graphics, the home page is designed to inspire confidence with a professional and authentic brand image.
A key component of our research process was understanding the user experience of the site and tracking the movement through the information with customer journey simulations. This informed the complex site map and helped to guide our digital strategy to bring their vision to life. With a focus on people and connection to their clients in the ‘real world’, we built their website to guide the user through to the relevant information on a path of least resistance in a logical, aesthetic and simple digital design solution.
With such an array of industry expertise, insights, and a complex staff structure, we developed an easy to use filtering system that allows potential clients to self direct themselves to their area of interest.
