We are thrilled to announce that Principle Design has won its 50th award, and it’s a remarkable one!

Our branding work for Madeleine De Proust has been awarded Best Identity Design at the 2024 Eat Drink Design Awards. This milestone win is not just a testament to the hard work of our team but also to the collaborative spirit and shared vision we held with our client, Madeleine De Proust.

The Eat Drink Design Awards jury recognised our design for its clarity, sophistication, and ability to capture the product’s essence, setting it apart in a competitive category. According to the jury, the design’s elegance is achieved through thoughtful choices like the use of ribbon and embossing, creating an immediate sense of quality and refinement. The understated logo, paired with a clean, modern font, enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal, making the brand truly unforgettable.

Our design approach emphasised minimalism, letting the brand’s confidence and quality speak for itself. The cohesive presentation across packaging and signage ensured every element – from the ribbon and embossing to the subtle yet impactful logo – felt connected and intentional. Each detail was carefully considered, and we’re honoured that the jury saw the value in this approach.
