Creative All Rounder (Graphic Designer/Content Producer)

February 2025 (6 month full-time contract) – Potential to extend contract

We are currently looking for a versatile Creative All Rounder to join our team of creatives here at Principle Design. We are seeking a passionate, driven, graphic designer that has content creation experience inclusive of animation, lo-fi photography and video production. Within our small team this role will allow you to apply your diverse skill set to a range of projects and organisations, with an opportunity to exercise creativity and autonomy.

This role is well suited to an individual who has initiative and a ‘can do attitude’ to assist with the ever-growing production workload, contribute to the studio’s growth trajectory and support the greater team.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Design and Marketing teams.
  • Graphic Design.
  • Content Creation including but not limited to animation, lo-fi photography, video and podcast production.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers where required.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Passion for all aspects of design and content creation with experience translating strategy into brand, digital, social, collateral, signage and animation.
  • Highly organised with the skills to plan and deliver projects in a timely manner.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, talented and friendly attitude.
  • The ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, G-Suite / Microsoft Office.
  • Agency experience is not essential but will be regarded highly.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in design or multimedia production.
  • 3+ years experience as a designer/content producer. Creative office/studio experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
