Speeding Up Science

Check out Ichthyologist Brian Sidlauska’s research expedition of Guyana’s little-known Cuyuni River region in South America. Brian uses Facebook in his quest to discover the species of the fish he has found. In addition, through tagging fellow academics in the uploaded images of the fish, he is actively calling out to his peers in helping him identify these creatures.
