The Walter and Eliza Hall Print Design Packaging, Print & Editorial

The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute is the oldest research institute in Australia and celebrated its centenary in 2015.  The innovative medical research institute engages and enriches society and improves health outcomes through discovery, translation and education.

The Institute engaged Principle Design to create a printed program to promote a series of events celebrating 100 years of the institute’s scientific discoveries.  We created an engaging and accessible program, which visually articulates the founding principles and history of the prestigious institution.

Geometric, interlocking shapes overlay photographs of the institute’s iconic architecture and are combined with abstract scientific imagery to inspire curiosity and reflect the pioneering spirit of the Institute.
